Both directions at once
He plays the investigator: “I don’t know who Satoshi is but I know who knows,” and “I spent enough time investigating who Satoshi was.”
He invites disproof he knows is impossible — challenging Sergey Nazarov to publish “CFB is not Satoshi” signed with Bitcoin’s genesis key.
And he floats the most slippery line of all: “Satoshi framed me to distract from his real identity.” That sentence is unfalsifiable by design — if evidence ties him to Satoshi, it was planted.
It is exactly what a guilty man would say. It is also exactly what an innocent man, tired of the accusation, would say. He has built a permanent fog and seems to enjoy living in it.

Neutral by construction. The denials are engineered to settle nothing — which, depending on your priors, is either a tell or just a troll being a troll.
